Here is how it works.  

1. Each camera that you want to use, you Register.  You give each cam a different username (passwords can be the same).
        a.  ex: dogwalker1, dogwalker2, dogwalker3, etc. for as many cameras as you need to use.  This username is good for 30 days and then you register it again.
2. You will then be taken to a page where you can connect the cam to our server, using a simple "connect" button.  (Download our software first).
3. You will be issued a temporary password at this time.  This is the password used to see the cam remotely.
4. Your client then goes to MyPetsitterCam.com and clicks on "View Cam" and enters your Username (dogwalker1) and the     temporary password (7 digit number) to see the Live Pet Sitter Cam.  Any computer that is going to have a camera hooked to it needs to download the Streaming Software first.
5. When you are finished with one client you just unplug the camera and take it with you to the next!

Things to remember:

1. 1. Purchase cam.  Use this link to BUY NOW and get started.
   2. You can use your own cam.  Each computer that, your camera is plugged into will need the software installed for that camera.  If you purchase ours, we send you just the drivers for the camera, so that the camera can send information to the computer.
   3. Each computer that the camera is attached to needs our Streaming Software Download.
   4. Each computer that you or your client would like to view the cam from needs to download the Media Player Download.
   5. If video doesn't appear check your browser at the top and it will ask you if you want to allow ActiveX controls and you need to choose "Install ActiveX".
   6. You have a password that you choose when you register.  That is your password to "Connect Cam" for that registered camera.  You have a temporary password that is issued to you when you connect a cam and that is the one you give your client so they can see the Live Pet Cam remotely.

Steps in order SIMPLIFIED!

1. 1. Register Camera.
   2. Take camera to clients home and plug into computer.  Install camera software on computer.
   3. Go to MyPetsitterCam.com and click "Connect Cam".  Enter username and password.
   4. Download Streaming Software to computer (first time only) that the Pet Cam is connected to.
   5. Click on the "Connect" button.
   6. Your cam is connected.
   7. Give Username and Temporary Password (7 digit number issued to you when you connect) to Client.
   8. The client goes to MyPetsitterCam.com and clicks "View Cam".
   9. They enter the Username and Temporary Password.
   10. They download the Media Player if it is the first time on that computer.

   
   

INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:

Any kind of Internet Connection where the connection is never dropped.  Dial-up will work if you or your client has made arrangements with the Internet Service Provider not to drop the connection. To view live streaming video with your Internet browser, you need to allow installing Activex control viewer from Unreal Streaming Technologies, when your browser prompts you.
